Brunch / Plate Magazine
I wrote several pieces for Plate‘s latest Brunch issue. This was a lot of fun to work on and the recipes all look so delicious, I’m planning on trying several myself. I really enjoy working with Plate, but I’ll have to take a break for a couple months while I’m in South Africa. I’ll definitely keep my eyes peeled for good story ideas and food trends while I’m abroad though. Looking forward to checking out the Wineshow Jo’burg in May!
